Shipping Charges: Appropriate shipping, crating and handling charges apply to orders shipped. Costs available on request.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted only with prior written approval. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Shipping costs back to plant are the responsibility of the customer. Special custom-built products are ineligible for return.

Freight Damage: All products are shipped without damage to carton and contents. If there is freight damage to carton or contents customer must record damage on bill of lading. Notify freight carrier at once and request an inspection of damaged goods. Only when these steps are followed can Tri-Best offer assistance with claim adjustment.

Terms of Payment: Public school districts, colleges and agencies receive terms of net 30 days with issuance of valid purchase order. Terms of net 30 days extended to other customers on approved credit. Special custom-built products are subject to a 50% deposit with order. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
